Eric Vadney
National RN Director
Fitness, Health and personal optimization have always been a passion for me. The detail given by the staff of Castle Rock Men’s Health to the optimization of its clients was a natural attraction to me when I decided to transition my career after more than 21 years as an emergency room nurse.
It was natural for me to bring the skills and knowledge gained to merge with personally rewarding goals. It is always a pleasure to come to work and help others in achieving their personal goals I grew up outside Albany New York in a small town named Guilderland. I received my undergrad in biology at SUNY Albany where I played on their ice hockey team. After visiting my sister in Colorado where I was able to mountain bike and ski in the same day I decided to attend CU Health science Center and achieve my RN.
Matthew Stolzman
National Director of Operations
I grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico, immersing myself in its vibrant culture and unique landscapes. Transitioning from teaching Krav Maga and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to becoming a General Manager for Knuckle Up ATL and OBX until 2012, I later found my calling in healthcare due to my passion for wellness.
Joining HHS/HCA in 2013, I served as a director at various hospitals along the Gulf Coast of Florida, blending my dedication to health with my desire to help others. In 2022, I discovered CRHH and began collaborating closely with Dr. Moorer. This partnership not only transformed me physically but also enriched my role as a caregiver for my community.
Thriving on challenges and connecting with people, I currently split my time between Florida’s sunny shores and Colorado’s breathtaking landscapes, embracing growth and service in both locales.

Edward Lomena
Chief Legal Officer
Growing up in New York City, a challenging experience with an attorney during my youth profoundly shaped my career aspirations. A family friend’s referral to a seemingly helpful lawyer turned into a difficult ordeal due to their lack of commitment and poor communication. This incident inspired me to pursue a career in law, determined to serve my clients with integrity and dedication. Initially considering corporate law, I discovered my true passion in trial law during a school competition. Judges impressed with my performance invited me to join their new personal injury firm upon graduation, setting the stage for my career in personal injury law.
With over eighteen years of experience, including significant time representing insurance companies in high-stakes personal injury cases, I am now a licensed attorney in both New York and Colorado. As a plaintiff’s attorney, I leverage my former defense attorney experience to effectively advocate for my clients, countering insurance companies’ strategies. Outside of work, I cherish time with my wife and daughter and am passionate about Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, where I hold a black belt and compete. My dedication to Jiu-Jitsu and trial work defines me, and through Lomena Law, I strive to express my gratitude and commitment to excellence.
