Preventive health has become a larger business story in recent years, especially in categories where consumers pay directly for recurring services outside the traditional insurance model. Research firm Mordor Intelligence valued the global hormone replacement therapy market at $27.56 billion in 2026 and projected it to reach $37.07 billion by 2031.

## Why Longevity Care May Fit the Franchise Model

Franchise investors tend to focus on businesses with repeat demand, clear unit economics, and services that can be replicated across markets without losing their core identity. Longevity care is attracting that attention because many businesses in the category are built around ongoing appointments, continuing patient relationships, and cash-pay services rather than one-time visits.

Demographics support the interest. Public attention has widened around menopause, low testosterone, and longevity, while consumers have become more willing to seek services outside conventional primary-care settings. A business built around recurring lab work, follow-up appointments, and ongoing service plans appears more stable than one built around occasional discretionary purchases – and franchise buyers pay close attention to whether a concept can support multiple revenue streams from the same patient base.

## Where Castle Rock Hormone Health Fits

Castle Rock Hormone Health is one of the companies trying to define that opportunity. Based in Castle Rock, Colorado, the company says it has served more than 10,000 patients nationwide, generates multi-million-dollar annual revenue, and plans to open 100 to 250 clinics in 2026 while scaling from the East Coast, Midwest, and Rocky Mountain region to a national model.

The service menu spans hormone replacement and optimization, peptides, IV therapy, hair restoration, and sexual wellness – meaning a single enrolled patient can generate multiple types of recurring visits. The company’s distinction lies in building a hormone-focused franchise that serves both men and women.

## The Role of Recurring Care

Recurring care remains one of the clearest reasons investors are watching the segment. Castle Rock says its model centers on regular lab visibility, ongoing monitoring, and continuing patient management rather than isolated visits.

“When patients have consistent insight into their data and ongoing access to knowledgeable providers, trust develops naturally. That trust allows care to evolve into a true partnership focused on long-term optimization and measurable progress,” said Chris Stolzman, CEO and Co-Founder.

Hormone care can easily drift into broad wellness language. A company that presents itself through physician oversight, testing, and continuity of care appears more disciplined than one relying mainly on lifestyle branding – and for investors, that difference can matter as much as the headline growth rate.
