_Castle Rock Hormone Health launches a national franchise program with Franchise Sidekick, targeting 100–250 new clinics in 2026 to meet rising demand for longevity-focused, cash-pay hormone and preventive health services._

FORT COLLINS, Colo., April 28, 2026 – Castle Rock Hormone Health has launched a national franchise program in partnership with Franchise Sidekick, with plans to open 100 to 250 new clinics in 2026 and grow to as many as 1,500 locations over the next five years.

The membership-based model serves men and women with hormone optimization, peri- and post-menopausal care, low testosterone management, peptide therapies, IV treatments, and medically guided weight loss – all under the clinical direction of Co-Founder and CMO Dr. Lee Moorer. The cash-pay structure simplifies pricing for patients and gives operators predictable recurring revenue. To date, Castle Rock Hormone Health has treated more than 10,000 patients across Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, and Pennsylvania, and reports roughly 25% year-over-year revenue growth.

“Predictable recurring revenue models allow operators to plan effectively while maintaining focus on patient outcomes. We believe proactive health represents one of the most compelling opportunities in modern healthcare delivery,” said Christopher Stolzman, CEO of Castle Rock Hormone Health.

Franchise Sidekick will lead candidate identification and qualification through its national advisor network.
