As COO, Crystal oversees the strategic operations and expansion of Castle Rock Hormone Health and its franchise network across Colorado and multiple states nationwide. Her role entails leading multi-state compliance and regulatory oversight, including licensing, pharmacy partnerships, and telehealth requirements. She develops systems and processes that ensure consistent quality of care and operational excellence across all clinics, coordinates with providers, owners, and partners to align day-to-day operations with long-term strategic goals, and supports franchise growth through operational frameworks, training, and scalable business practices. Crystal’s leadership as COO ensures that the organization not only grows but thrives under a foundation of clarity, compliance, and efficiency.

In her GM role, Crystal manages the daily operations of Castle Rock Hormone Health’s flagship clinic and provides oversight across the broader network. This includes supervising clinic operations, patient services, and staff coordination, overseeing financial performance including payroll, reporting, and vendor management, troubleshooting operational challenges, and implementing solutions that improve patient experience and staff efficiency. As GM, Crystal translates strategy into action, ensuring that every patient interaction and operational detail reflects the organization’s high standards of care.

As Executive Administrator, Crystal serves as a strategic partner to the CEO, ensuring that leadership priorities are executed seamlessly. She manages executive scheduling, communications, and follow-up, coordinates with franchise owners, providers, and vendors on behalf of the CEO, ensures that decisions and directives flow effectively from leadership to teams across multiple states, and provides structure and support to free the CEO to focus on high-level growth and innovation. This role highlights Crystal’s organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to balance big-picture goals with day-to-day execution.
